I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life. I enjoy the buzz working out gives and I always feel good after a good sweaty work out. I especially love teaching dance fitness because it makes working out exciting, fun and motivating! I enjoy body conditioning workouts as these help to tone, sculpt and shape the body. Even just 10 minutes of exercise a day can make a huge difference. It's about making small consistent changes rather than huge dramatic ones. I specialise in: Aerobics, Dance Aerobics & Dance Fitness. I have trained in Zumba and BOOIAKA, Circuits, Body Conditioning & Core Conditioning plus Legs Bums n Tums.
The sessions are approximately 20 minutes long. You can choose between a Dance Fitness workout, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Low impact workouts and walking. There is also a cool down section which is recommended you complete after your workout. Enjoy! To get the best of the videos, I would recommend completing one dance fitness workout followed by one body conditioning workout. If you can't do this that isn't a problem, but I certainly would recommend 20 minutes of exercise per day in order to keep your body active and healthy.
Exercise is a great form of exercise no matter who you are. Try and find a well ventilated space or keep the windows open whilst exercising. Sip water to keep you hydrated. If you are recovering from an injury, have a medical problem or are pre/post-natal please do not hesitate to ask me any questions but my main advice would be: modify and change any moves that do not work for you, keep listening to your body carefully and work within your limits. This will ensure everyone works out safely. If however, you feel uncomfortable (e.g. pain or dizziness) please stop immediately. Thanks and enjoy your safe, effective and enjoyable workout!
